Easy recipe for healthy coconut balls using your grater plate

We love Christmas sweets! That's why today we're showing you our version of the classic coconut balls, made with our grating plates. It's a super easy recipe you can make with your kids and enjoy a festive Christmas afternoon together 🥰🎄

Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Walnuts
  • Shredded coconut
  • Dates
  • Oats
  • Milk (any kind you prefer)

Instructions

It's as easy as grating all the ingredients (carrot, walnuts, dates) on the grating plate, and adding milk, coconut, and oats until you create a consistency strong enough to form balls with your hands.

 

You could eat them as is, or if you have more time you can bake them in the oven at 180ºC for a few minutes until golden brown and add a final touch by drizzling melted chocolate on top 😋
