  1. Preparing the bread:Cut the bread into slices approximately one centimeter thick.

  2. Grating the ingredients:
  • Start with the garlic: peel a clove and grate it directly onto the grater. This method infuses the dish with a delicious aroma from the very beginning
  • Next, take a ripe tomato and grate it directly onto the same plate, blending the flavors of the garlic and fresh tomato.

      3. Assembly:

  • Spread the tomato and garlic mixture generously onto the toasted bread.
  • Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.

      4. Personalize your dish:
