- 50g toasted almonds
- 50g feta cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
- Fresh basil or mint leaves (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparing the Ingredients:
- Use a grater to grate the feta cheese, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic.
