Receta: Patatas con salsa en el plato rallador

Recipe: Potatoes with sauce on the grater plate

Crispy on the outside, flavorful, and with no extra mess.

If you have some leftover boiled potatoes at home, this recipe will become your new go-to.
It's all done in just a few steps, using only a ceramic grater plate—no bowls, no pans. More flavor, less fuss.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 2 teaspoons of dried red pepper (or sweet paprika)
  • A splash of tamari (or soy sauce)
  • Boiled and diced potatoes

🔪 Step by step:

1. Prepare the flavor base
Drizzle a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil directly onto the grating plate.

2. Grate the ingredients
Grate the garlic, half a red onion, and the tomato. Add the dried red pepper and the tamari. Mix everything with a wooden spoon or a brush.

3. Add the potatoes
Add the cooked and chopped potatoes to the grating plate.
Mix well so they are coated with all the sauce.

4. Bake and it's ready
Place the contents of the grating plate in the oven (180°C, 15-20 minutes) until the potatoes are golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.

🍽 How to enjoy them

These potatoes are perfect for:

As a side dish
Serving as a quick tapa to share
Or eating them on their own as a delicious main course 😋

And the best part: hardly any washing up.
