Recipe: Pasta in Napoli Sauce Baked in the Grater Plate

An easy, quick, and flavorful recipe. The best part: you only need basic ingredients and our ceramic grater plate to prepare it in just a few minutes. Perfect for those days when you don't want to fuss, but still crave something delicious.

 

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of black garlic (you can use regular garlic)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
  • 100g cooked pasta (spiral type)
  • Grated mozzarella to taste

Step by step:


1. Grate the ingredients using the grater plate:
Grate the tomatoes and garlic directly onto the Alfar Tierra Cocida ceramic grater plate. Add the oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix everything together.
2. Add the cooked pasta:
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
3. Bake in the oven:
Top with mozzarella and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. You can bake it on the same grater plate!
