Receta: Lasaña express en el plato rallador

Recipe: Express Lasagna on a Grater Plate

A quick, comforting recipe that's practically mess-free!

Craving homemade lasagna without the fuss? This light, vegetarian, and incredibly tasty version is prepared right on the ceramic grating plate: make the sauce, assemble the layers, and into the oven it goes!

Ideal for a single meal—easy and full of flavor.

🛒 Ingredients (serves 1-2):

– A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1/2 onion
– 1 carrot
– 1 small or medium zucchini
– 1 large ripe tomato
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 2-3 precooked lasagna sheets
– 2 tbsp grated cheese (any kind you like)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– (Optional) 1 tbsp cream cheese or béchamel sauce

🔪 Step by step:

1. Prepare the sauce directly on the grater plate.
Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil and grate the garlic, onion, carrot, zucchini, and tomato onto the plate. Add salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Mix everything well until you have a thick and flavorful sauce.

Once the sauce is ready, divide it into 2 or 3 portions so you can assemble the lasagna in layers.

2. Assemble the lasagna directly on the plate.

Place one portion of the sauce as a base.

Add a lasagna sheet (you can cut it if it doesn't fit whole).
Cover with another portion of the sauce and, if desired, a spoonful of cream cheese or béchamel sauce.
Repeat the process with another sheet and more sauce as many times as you like.
Finish with grated cheese on top.

3. Bake
Place the grating plate in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

Because cooking doesn't always have to be an ordeal. Sometimes, you just need good quality ingredients and a desire to take care of yourself. 💚
