We are planning on launching our own super blog of our recipes and in other for it to be launched we have to start with a breakfast menu that is not only healthy But can also be delicious and is ideal for this time of year; It is a Greek yogurt with apple, walnuts and cinnamon.
We all know that nuts are a great source for being healthy and walnuts are one of the different amazing foods that shines for their great health benefits, as they contain a high protein content, good quality and fatty acids such as omega-3 and omega-6 which help individuals to have a good functioning brain.
On the other hand, apples are a good source of petin, a type of soluble fiber that helps maintain proper intestinal transit, in addition to its consumption, that helps us maintain adequate cholesterol levels in blood.
For this recipe I used my grater plate, it is my faithful ally in the kitchen whenever I am about to add food quickly and without noticeable lumps!
Ingredientes used:
1 natural Greek yogurt or vegetable yogurt
1/2 Apple
4 Walnuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Firstly we will put the yogurt in a boil and then with our grater plate, we will first grate the walnuts (it is impertant that the plate is dry so that the walnut does not get wet and thusalways remove it easily) we will then add it to the yogurt and also grate the apple then after, we will mix everything together properly and you will see how the apple is completely integrated with the yogurt giving it a delicious flavor and without noticing its texture, we will pour the teaspoon of cinnamon on top and we can now enjoy this light and full of flavored dish.
