Autumn salad with feta, pomegranate and grated walnuts

Fresh, crunchy, and ready in 5 minutes
This salad has it all: it's quick, you don't need a ton of gadgets, and it has that special touch from the pomegranate, feta, and grated walnuts.

All you need is your ceramic grater and a bowl. Less cooking, more flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Leaf greens (arugula, spinach, or a mix)
  • ½ red onion
  • Feta cheese
  • A handful of pomegranate seeds
  • Walnuts
  • ½ lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Oregano, pepper, and salt

Step by step:

1. Grate the onion
Use a grater to extract all the juice from the red onion.
2. Prepare the dressing
Squeeze the lemon, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and season with oregano, pepper, and salt. Add the feta cheese and pomegranate seeds. Mix everything together with a small spoon.
3. Toss
Add everything to the leafy greens and mix well.
4. Finish with walnuts
Grate a few walnuts with a grater and sprinkle them on top.
